Little Torment & Chip Weigh Up The Cost Of Success On “It’s Only Right”

Returning after a relatively quiet 2023, South London rap vet Little Torment has shares his new single, “It’s Only Right”, which features a rare guest appearance from North London rap/grime legend Chip.

From DITR Beats’ production to Chip’s Auto-Tuned hook and both artists’ deliveries, the whole track is stylishly understated. Even the video, directed by BDot, opts for lower lighting, all-black attire, and a small cast to deliver its message. That’s no accident, of course. The track itself sees the pair mix their usual bravado and accomplishments with talk of lost friends and the toll that fame takes on their psyches and their personal lives.
