Hamdi’s “Counting” was a runaway success when he dropped it year, a jewel in the new-gen dubstep crown that was almost inescapable at festivals, raves and sweatbox clubs alike.

Built around Princess Superstar’s bubblegum-pop hook from Mason’s “Perfect” and a throbbing buzz, it was an essential tune for every selector with a taste for low-end. It’s now getting a whole new lease of life thanks to a timely remix package that arrives via the Deabeats label.
