The details are still coming in, but TMZ reports that Bobby Brown was pulled over in Los Angeles at 12:20 p.m. PST for driving while talking on a cell phone. During the stop, police became suspicious that Bobby was under the influence, and he is currently in Van Nuys jail waiting to be bailed out. The 43-year-old ex-husband of Whitney Houston already has a DUI conviction from an incident in 1996.
