Chance the Rapper announced tonight at concert that Surf will drop within a week. The album, which will be released by Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment, was first announced in October and originally slated to release before the end of 2014. Chance has declined to give the exact release date, but he told Hannibal Buress Surf would be "very much so a Beyoncé kind of thing."
A reddit user posted about Chance's announcement on r/hiphopheads, and several Twitter users at the Michigan State concert also tweeted about the news.
