Figuero Jones and Black Napoleon’s “Juggathon” is the latest in a string of collaborations for the young Perth emcees. Following previous singles “No Sofas” and “Switch”, “Juggathon” sticks to the same script of high octane bangers that this duo has become known for, but switches it up enough to let you know that they’re nowhere near stagnant.

The production, handled by ErikiBeatz, is bouncy and percussive, with scattered synth blips jolting around machine gun-like production and bellowing 808s. Figuero and Napoleon go back and forth, mixing autotuned melodies with stern, confident bars. It almost sounds like the result of Future’s Monster meeting the grime of a track off of Skepta’s Konnichiwa; but both rappers add their own flavour to their vocal inflections, differentiating it from anything else out right now.

Stream “Juggathon” above now, and look out for more from Figuero Jones and Black Napoleon in 2019.
