Something must be in the water out in California. In the past year, the state's given us sensations as diverse as Odd Future and Kreayshawn, and the do-it-yourself, off-kilter aesthetic that made those artists famous is resonating with other young rappers from the area. The most recent to catch our attention is L.A.-based duo, c////o. Four Eyes is the rapper, and Castro is the producer, although this clip pulls an instrumental from Flying Lotus.
