OVO Sound artist Naomi Sharon has dropped her first album, Obsidian.
"Through every note, every lyric, and every heartbeat of my album, I've poured my soul into a melody that tells the story of my life," Sharon said on Twitter. "This is the soundtrack of my journey, the echoes of my dream."
Meanwhile, Drake also commented on the record's release on his Instagram stories, simply saying "Finally..."
It was Drake who first noticed Sharon's music and reached out to her via Instagram DMs, although Sharon admitted in an interview with NME she didn't believe it at the time.
Sharon also recently appeared on another OVO track, the very Sade-esque "Waiting For You." It'll appear on the duo's upcoming album Good People.
