Drake was backstage at UFC 297 in Toronto this weekend, and there's video of the 6 God bumping into current and former members of the Canadian prank comedy crew Nelk at the event.

"@champagnepapi approves of the @nelkboys reunion at @ufc 297 in Toronto," Jason "905Shooter" Pagaduan posted in the Instagram caption, crediting the video to Brett Cidade.

"Back in the mix?" Drake could be heard saying to the crew. Pagaduan was removed from the crew in October 2019 for allegedly harrassing women on social media and losing camera equipment.

"You can't do that to us," Nelk member Kyle Foregeard responded.

The Nelk Boys themselves are not without their controversies, as they're considered closely tied to the MAGA movement in the States.

It's not Drake's first meeting with the crew. In 2023, Forgeard posted a photo of them together.

That wasn't the only Drake sighting backstage in Toronto at the UFC event. He and longtime pal TVGucci also ran into announcer Bruce Buffer, which was posted on the Toronto Rappers Instagram page.

The Drake Curse struck that weekend after Drizzy lost a $700K bet placed on Sean Strickland to beat Dricus Du Plessis in the middleweight championship bout. Du Plessis ended up winning in a split decision.

Drake did take to Instagram earlier to post the bet.
