SBTV's Jamal Edwards recently teamed up with The Department Of Education and grime artist P Money for the release of "The Calling", yet another banger from the South London MC.

"The Calling" was made as a part of the Fire It Up apprenticeships campaign, whose aim is to showcase the diverse range of opportunities and talent that apprenticeships can offer. Jamal Edwards MBE worked alongside seven apprentices who helped record, produce, promote and launch the track for P Money.

Honing in on various skills such as drone engineering, sound and video production, lighting and even hair and make-up, the apprentices covered every last aspect for P Money's new music video. Produced by Teddy Music, the grime vet speaks about the start of his career as a reflection of the determination and energy of apprentices today, inspiring the younger generation to do the same.

Speaking about the project, Jamal Edwards said: "There's still an assumption that you can only do apprenticeships in trades like plumbing and construction. That view really needs to be reversed, and I hope this track and accompanying films will help get the message out there."
