26-year-old Toronto producer Illangelo continues his streak of thrilling production today with "What the Fuss," a collaboration alongside singer Rochelle Jordan. The landscape of the record is dark and spacey, similar to Illangelo's debut album History of Man, where Jordan breaks the silence with her gripping vocals. "What the Fuss" is short but sweet, leaving the listener wanting more music from these two.
On a related note, Illangelo recently released The_demos : '10, which is a collection of records he made in early 2010 before he met The Weeknd. The project includes roughs of over 20 songs, including two demos that eventually turned into records for The Airplane Boys ("crooklyn_slap_" to "Party & Bullshit") and Talwst ("City_" to "Mercy Me").
