No I.D. has dropped a brand new track from his Cocaine 80s collective out of the blue today. "Congratulations" features some rapping from Common, who gets into story-telling mode for this track. His flow is almost conversational at points, but it is still loaded with some good charisma. The song is smooth and upbeat, perfect for the approaching summer time.
