After negotiations and speculation, Nicki Minaj is officially Britney Spears' opening act on her upcoming tour. The deal was finalized days ago. With two singles in rotation on the Billboard charts, there's no denying that a spot on the pop star's bill is a great look for the Young Money princess. The tour kicks off June 17 in Sacramento, CA.
