It's been a minute, but we've finally got some new music from Ta-ku.
After dropping the early singles "Flight 99" with Masego and "Rush" featuring vocalist Alayna, Please Wait (Ta-ku and Matt McWaters) have dropped their debut EP, Black & White.
The collaborative pairing is described as "the culmination of numerous online exchanges and years of sharing voice memos, stems, musical ideas & TikTok links between Ta-ku and matt mcwaters." The duo's output is equal parts art and catharsis, with the duo describing the EP as "more about self-expression than anything else".
