Travis Scott is on top of the world right now.

Fresh off the release of ASTROWORLD, the Houston rapper lit up the VMA stage Monday night with an epic performance that featured songs from his new album, including "Stargazing," "Sicko Mode," and "Stop Trying to Be God." James Blake also joined him during the performance, where Scott gave Aretha Franklin a shout-out.

The performance went down just hours after the rapper announced the dates and venues for his upcoming ASTROWORLD: Wish You Were Here Tour. The trek kicks off Nov. 8 in Baltimore and will include stops in Atlanta, Toronto, Philly, and Chicago, before concluding Dec. 19 in Los Angeles. Virgil Abloh, Sheck Wes, Trippie Redd, and Gunna will join the tour on various dates. Tickets are now available online.

ASTROWORLD has been dominating the charts since its Aug. 2 release. After debuting at No. 1, the album was able to retain the top spot this week with an additional 205,000 equivalent album units; however, some people have suggested it wasn't a fair win.
