One down, 79 more to go.

More than a week after announcing he had 80 records in the vault, Logic came through with a new, uplifting single called “One Day,” featuring OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder.

The Maryland-bred rapper teased the track’s release via social media Thursday afternoon, months after Tedder confirmed the collaboration: “I actually went to [Logic’s] crib and he came to my spot for a day,” the singer said on Beats 1. “The stuff we did with Logic I'm super stoked on.”

“One Day” is a feel-good song about gratitude and accomplishing one’s dreams. Tedder handles the chorus and assists on the hook, while Logic anchors the track with his encouraging bars:

Like my section 8 crib, finally found some greener grass
So ahead of my time, I wasn't born in the past
[...] Oh no, it can't get no better
And you know, you know we do it for the children
I never thought I'd see the day I made a million
A couple thousand later, feel like everybody feel 'em

Young Sinatra teased the record during the Los Angeles stop of his current Bobby Tarantino vs. Everybody Tour. “One Day” is expected to land on Logic’s soundtrack for his upcoming novel Supermarket, set to release later this year.
