Key Glock has given fans with another taste of his next full-length project.
Weeks after unleashing âAmbition for Cash,â the 24-year-old Memphis rapper returned with âDa Truthââa Pyrex Whippa-produced joint in which he boasts about his fame, cars, money, and women. âThey say roses are red where this bankroll on me blue,â he raps in the first verse. âI been flexinâ so hard I ainât got shit else to do/Yeah, I been flexinâ so hard I ainât got shit else to do/Yeah, but ball on these hatinâ ass n***as, ainât shit to it.â
âDa Truthâ serves as a single off the fast-approaching sequel to last yearâs Yellow Tape, which included appearances by which included contributions from Southside, Kenny Beats, and Seldgren. Yellow Tape 2 will reportedly showcase Glockâs evolution as a rapper, and will feature production from Tay Keith, Juicy J, as well as guest appearances by Sosa 808, Budda Bless, and more.
