Many of the Beyoncé fans who planned on attending her concert in Raleigh, North Carolina last night never made it to the show. Traffic in the area prevented fans from getting to Carter-Finley Stadium on the campus of NC State University for the concert, and they sent out tweets to report their frustrations.

This is the worst torture ever. Can hear @beyonce in the distance. Traffic not moving. WTF. #FormationWorldTour

@Ticketmaster how about a refund? 'Cause I've been stuck in traffic in #Raleigh for over 3 hours missing @Beyonce pic.twitter.com/lo9jDElOAr

In addition to the traffic troubles, those fans who did make it to the show were forced to leave midway through the concert to take shelter after intense thunderstorms hit the area. Beyoncé, who was in the capitol of North Carolina for the fourth stop of her Formation World Tour, soldiered through nearly half of her scheduled set as fans documented the rainy experience on social media.

But unfortunately, the weather got so severe at one point that the concert had to be suspended. Fans were asked to leave Carter-Finley Stadium and walk to NC State's football practice facilities due to rain and lightning.

Not one to leave fans disappointed, Beyoncé waited for the storms to pass and brought everyone back into the stadium to finish the show.

Beyoncé finished out her set, belting a fantastic performance of "Halo" in the rain.

Beyoncé is currently touring in support of her sixth album, LEMONADE. The project grabbed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts last week, selling over 600,000 units. All of its songs charted on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, breaking a record previously held by Taylor Swift. It's good to see that these fans managed to get the full Beyoncé experience despite the weather.
