Ahead of the release of his Only the Family collective’s compilation album, Lil Durk returns with his new single “Hanging with Wolves.”
The song arrives alongside a video that sees the Chicago rapper wreaking havoc with his crew.
“Chase some hoes, you know I ain’t gon’ bother them/On parole, on the road with my partner ’nem,” Durk raps over Chopsquad DJD’s production. “You reload, reload, get outta there/He ain’t got it, you know that he outta there.”
In tandem with the release, Durkio has announced the forthcoming release of Only the Family’s new album Loyal Bros 2. Due out Dec. 16, the project will see Durk join forces with OTF members Doodie Lo, Booka600, Chief Wuk, and the late King Von. Loyal Bros 2 will also feature guest appearances from Kodak Black, Future, PGF Nuk, Icewear Vezzo, Lil Zay Osama, and more.
Loyal Bros 2 serves as the fifth full-length offering from Only the Family, following 2018’s Only the Family Involved Vol. 1, Only the Family Involved Vol. 2, 2019’s Family Over Everything, and 2021’s Loyal Bros. Released in March 2021, the latter peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard 200, moving 28,000 album-equivalent units during its first week of release.
