Earlier this month, Justin Bieber addressed his mental health issues head-on after sources close to him said he was going through a rough time. Now he's updated his fans once again, this time stating that he's going to take a break from the world of music for a bit as he addresses some of his troubles.

"So I read a lot of messages saying you want an album," he started the post. "I’ve toured my whole teenage life, and early 20s, I realized and as you guys probably saw I was unhappy last tour and I don’t deserve that and you don’t deserve that, you pay money to come and have a lively energetic fun light concert and I was unable emotionally to give you that near the end of the tour."

Bieber's most recent tour was in support of his 2015 album Purpose. The extensive touring resulted in Bieber playing 162 shows from March 2016 through to July 2017. He hasn't released a solo single since 2016, although he did show up for two guests spots last year.

"I have been looking, seeking, trial and error as most of us do, I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriAge and be the father I want to be," he continued. It's not clear if this is him slyly announcing that him and his wife Hailey Baldwin, now Hailey Bieber, are having a child or if he's merely talking about his future.

He stressed that despite this break and the struggles he's going through, this is by no means him announcing his retirement. "Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health," he wrote. "I will come with a kick ass album ASAP, my swag is undeniable and my drive is indescribable his love is supernatural his grace is that reliable.... the top is where is reside period weather I make music or not the king said so. 👑 but I will come with a vengeance believe that."

The end of the post sees him apologizing for his grammar and punctuation, asking fans to "pretend it's a text where u just don't care."
