Fabolous turned himself in earlier this year after reports of him allegedly attacking the mother of his two children, Emily B, surfaced online. The Brooklyn rapper was originally scheduled to appear in court in April on charges of aggravated assault and making terroristic threats, however, his lawyer asked for a last-minute delay, indefinitely postponing his appearance in court.

Now TMZ reports Fabolous is facing four felony charges related to the alleged assault. A grand jury in New Jersey indicted the rapper last week on one count of possession of a weapon, one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, and two counts of threatening to kill.

Emily B alleged earlier this year that Fabolous repeatedly punched her in the face, knocking out her front teeth. The incident was followed by another fight, of which there's video. The second incident in question shows Fabolous holding a pair of scissors, threatening both Emily B and her father. During the altercation, the rapper threatened to kill Emily and members of her family. He's visibly angry, being held back assumedly by his bodyguard.

Fabolous previously said he's innocent, while his attorney has described the video as nothing more than an argument between the two. The four charges Fabolous is facing can net up to five years in prison each, so if he's found guilty of said charges he could be going away for a while.
