T.I. is back in federal custody after being released from prison just 48 hours ago to serve the remainder of his sentence in an Atlanta halfway house.

Reports are circulating that the Atlanta rapper is being accused of "tour bus bait" — he apparently misled prison officials into thinking he'd take a lowkey mode of transportation from the prison to the Atlanta halfway house.

T.I. was supposed to inform law enforcement officials of the exact mode of transportation he was to use to be transfered to the halfway house, and T.I. apparently did not give specifics.

Althoguh drugs nor alcohol was found on T.I.'s tour bus, prison officials were obviously not to fond of T.I. arriving at the halfway house in a swagged-out tour bus.

There is no word on how long T.I. will be in federal custody for.
