We've already seen a roundup of the 25 musicians who have made the most money this past year, which included everyone from Dr. Dre to Britney Spears. But now, Forbes has formulated a list of the 10 women in music who are taking home the most bank. You might be surprised by a few of the names on here, though they're all familiar. It will, of course, be interesting to see how many remain as we move into the new year. Also, will a certain X Factor judge retain her title? We'll see.

Annual income: $45 million
Sources of income: She made $60 million off her California Dreams tour and continues to top the charts with her singles.
Lady Gaga
Annual income: $52 million
Sources of income: A loaded touring schedule, consistent album and single sales, and a new fragrance called Fame.
Rihanna
Annual income: $53 million
Sources of income: A calendar-filled touring schedule, endorsement deals with Nivea and Vita Coco, and a new album, Unapologetic, that's sold more than 300,000 copies.
Taylor Swift
Annual income: $57 million
Sources of income: Platinum-selling new album (Red), more than $1 million made from touring, and endorsement deals with Covergirl and Sony.
Britney Spears
Annual income: $58 million
Sources of income: Platinum-selling album (Femme Fatale), judging gig on X Factor, and Elizabeth Arden perfume line.
