Three months after the release of his latest album, Free Dem Boyz42 Dugg has returned with a new music video for one of the project’s standout songs, the EST Gee-featuring “Rose Gold.”

Directed by GT Films, the visual sees Dugg and Gee sporting their CMG chains while celebrating their luxury lifestyle, and even features a special appearance from CMG head honcho Yo Gotti. The video arrives just a few days after Dugg dropped his new solo track “Down Ready Set,” which appeared on the Madden NFL 22 Soundtrack.

“Rose Gold” was a highlight from Dugg’s latest project, Free Dem Boyz, which debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 charts and included star-studded collaborations with Future, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, EST Gee, Rowdy Rebel and Fivio Foreign.

While speaking with Complex in April, Dugg explained that he wanted to make the entirety of the album about trying to free his friends.

“If you been following me, you been seeing all my songs are about freeing somebody,” he said. “I really made it about my people in jail and my loved ones that ain’t here with me. That’s what it’s really about. Even on the uptempo songs, I really shouted them out.”
