After the success of the MOBO-winning “Body” remix and the track “Wid it” from Tion’s debut album, Green With Envy, North London rapper Tion Wayne and Brighton’s own ArrDee have teamed up one more time for “24 Hours In Lagos”, which has been dubbed as a freestyle.

The pair wasted no time in getting the track out to us: both artists were out in Lagos, Nigeria, this week, and decided to join forces for yet another banger. Tion and ArrDee recorded the freestyle in one hour, laying their verses down at Tion’s hotel before heading into the Lagos night to film the visuals.

The track, which samples Nigerian icon Lagbaja’s “Konko Below”, is not the first time that ArrDee has shown love to Nigeria, as he famously shouted out the Yoruba name “Adeola” on the “Body” remix and now, on this track, he shouts “o por”—meaning a lot—on multiple occasions.
