Brussels-based singer BLANCHE (aka Ellie Delvaux) is today presenting the immersive and intimate visuals for her latest single, "Empire". Produced by Banks collaborator Rich Cooper and Belgian musician François Gustin, who craft an ethereal bed for her soaring vocals, "Empire" is an epic ballad that has been brought to life by Alexander De Bruycker under the artistic direction of Ludo Beun. Stitching together a series of dream-like scenes, the mood of each shot was carefully orchestrated to reflect the shift in Delvaux's music. As the tone shifts from something cold and closed off to something more open and vibrant, the Belgian singer's keen to have us understand the track's lesson.

Speaking with Complex via email, BLANCHE explained: "'Empire' evokes these people who build a shell to cut themselves off from all their emotions and end up lying to themselves."

"Empire" is taken from her upcoming debut album of the same name, due April 24.
