JayDaYoungan is back behind bars.

KHOU11 reports the Louisiana rapper—real name Javarious Scott—was arrested Thursday on a family domestic abuse warrant in Harris County, Texas. He is accused of hitting a pregnant woman; however, the details of the assault have not been revealed.

Texas authorities say the 22-year-old was taken into custody after he was found hiding in an attic. Police reportedly seized $24,000 in cash from the home, as well as firearms and drugs, including weed, Oxycodone, and Promethazine. He was subsequently booked on the domestic abuse charge and possession of a controlled substance. According to KHOU11, Jay is behind held on $20,000 bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

The rising rapper was arrested in May 2019, prior to his performance at Rolling Loud Miami. North Florida police reportedly pulled Jay over for speeding on Interstate 10 near Tallahassee. During the stop, authorities discovered drug paraphernalia, Oxycodone, and over 20 grams of weed in the vehicle. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He was released from jail a day later on $2,500 bail, according to the Miami Herald.

Thursday's arrest took place in the midst of Jay's Big 23 Tour with Yungeen Ace. The rapper was scheduled to perform in Michigan on Friday night.
