Prosecutors have decided to not charge DaBaby in connection with a Dallas Forth Worth International Airport incident involving a food service worker.

DaBaby's attorney Michael Heiskell, per TMZ, showed video evidence to Tarrant County authorities that shows the Grammy-nominated Kirk artist wasn't at fault for the incident, which previously resulted in a warrant.

However, according to Tuesday's update, authorities had "signed off" on the warrant due to their initial belief that DaBaby was directly involved the fight.

Earlier this week, the recently announced Bonnaroo performer addressed his arrest in connection with a dispute with a show promoter, urging everyone to find better things to do than keep discussing the "weak ass 48 hours" he spent in jail.

"Don't allow yourself to be used by janky promoters and lazy ass grown men itching for the opportunity to file a lawsuit that they won't win," he said in an IG post. "I remain composed and focused knowing allegations made without honesty and integrity will never be honored by the most high." DaBaby also encouraged his followers to instead "relax" and prepare for a "new wave of music and entertainment" he has on the horizon.
