To cap off his breakthrough year, NLE Choppa has unleashed the video for his new song, "Famous Hoes." Directed by @shotbyjolo, the video keeps it simple to focus on the straight-to-the-point feel of the song itself, which is only slightly over two minutes.
The release of "Famous Hoes" follows "Forever," which he shared last month to celebrate his 17th birthday.
NLE Choppa has had a banner 2019, making his way into the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart twice. "Shotta Flow," which he released in January, peaked at No. 36, while "Camelot" hit a high at No. 37. He later claimed he turned down multiple million dollar deals from major labels in order to sign a distribution deal with UnitedMasters, staying independent and owning all of his music.
Just last week, Choppa recruited Yo Gotti, BlocBoy JB, and Moneybagg Yo for the remix of "Camelot." The hard-hitting track retains the fun feel of the original, building on the bouncy momentum with solid verses from all involved. The 17-year-old Memphis rapper is expected to deliver his highly-anticipated follow-up to 2018's No Love Take Over early next year.
