Before he releases Midnight Sparks, Kranium has delivered the official video for "In Charge."
The visual mostly focuses on the dancehall singer as he spends the night with his lady. It begins with Kranium in front of a vintage car, before the scantily clad woman puts on a little show for the camera. The two eventually make their way to a nightclub, where the eventually find a private room and, uh, you can probably guess what happens next.
"A producer named Sketch [Carey] from the Bahamas sent me the melody and I loved it," Kranium told Fader about the track. "The guitar element is what really caught my ear. I have an ear for that kind of instrumentation – pianos, guitars, sax, etc. Listening to the melody I then realized that was the direction I wanted to go in – I wanted to be a boss on the record and so that’s how it came to be.”
The "In Charge" video is available to watch above. The song will appear on Midnight Sparks—Kranium's follow-up to 2015's Rumors. Midnight Sparks will hit streaming services this Friday.
