Nicki Minaj toyed with the Barbz's emotions when she sarcastically teased a collaboration with Adele.Â
Minaj spoke toEntertainment Tonight at the launch party for her new clothing line, Fendi Prints On, in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. During their conversation, ET asked Nicki if she and Adele would be up for collaborating in the near future. "Yes and yes, yes and yes, wooo hoo!" Nicki said. "But Adele made me swear to secrecy that I'm not allowed to tell anyone that I'm working with her. And that we already shot a video. And it's an epic song!"
Minaj's response sent the Barbz into a frenzy. The idea of Nicki working with another powerhouse artist like Adele had her fans overflowing with excitement. This forced Nicki to reveal that she was just being sarcastic and that she and Adele have not hit the studio, despite Adele working on a new album at the moment.
