Anderson .Paak will perform at this year’s Art + Film Gala honoring Betye Saar and Alfonso Cuarón, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) announced Thursday. The gala is co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor/environmental activist Leonardo DiCaprio and hits Los Angeles Nov. 2.

"Anderson .Paak's sound brings together a soulful variety of music styles including R&B, hip-hop, and dance," Chow said in a news release. "Anderson is one of the most versatile and dynamic artists of our time, and we’re so pleased that he will be performing at this year's Art+Film Gala."

In addition to the return of Gucci as the presenting sponsor of the annual event, Audi—for the second year—will provide additional support. Proceeds go toward the underwriting of LACMA's initiative aimed at making film "more central to the museum's curatorial programming," as well as to the funding of LACMA's "broader mission" of art-based necessities including exhibitions and educational efforts.
