Being a fan of DaBaby is on the verge of being a pre-existing condition. Fan after fan of the Charlotte rapper have found that getting too close to him can be hard on your health. Yet another admirer was beaten after approaching DaBaby a way that his entourage didn't like.

Video of the latest incident, at the Val Air Ballroom in Des Moines, Iowa, shows a man being punched while on the ground in the venue's backstage hallway. The video shows DaBaby approaching the scene to watch as two men punch the fan. According to TMZ, he had jumped onstage to attempt to film a video alongside the rapper. This clip comes shortly after another rapper accused DaBaby's entourage of beating him and leaving him in a coma. The rapper is being sued by rapper Don Trag, as well as the concert promoter as the rapper skipped town following the incident rather than perform.

DaBaby's story has been plagued with violence, even as he continues to shine in showcases like the XXL Freshman Cypher. He shot and killed a 19-year-old at a North Carolina Walmart in what the rapper claimed was self-defense. "If them gunshots ain't go off, n***a, my fuckin' daughter could've got hit, son could've got hit, me," he said on his Instagram Stories. "Fuckin' lawyers telling me not to say something and shit, fuck all that. Two n***as walk down on you and your whole muthafuckin' family, threaten y'all, whip out on y'all, n***a, let me see what y'all gon' too. You feel me?"

While it seems the state bought his rationale, he was still found guilty of a concealed weapons charge and sentenced to two years of unsupervised probation.
