Premiere: Eearz Shares Official "H.O.E.S." Video f/ Andréa

Eearz dropped off his 'Missing ElemEent' project, also featuring "Kill 'Em With Success," last month.

Sebastian Sdaigui—whose previous credits include steering the visuals for tracks by Future and Ariana Grande, among others—is at the helm once again for the new Eearz video.

Monday, Eearz premiered the official video for his 30 Roc-produced Missing ElemEent single "H.O.E.S." featuring label-mate Andréa, whom Eearz calls "Ear Drummer's young First Lady." Catch that above.

“This is an on-screen and off-screen experience bar for bar," Eearz tells Complex. "If you have haters, if you see culture vultures, this is the song to sing. Don’t be a H.O.E. That’s an ugly trait.”

Missing ElemEent's release was preceded by several singles, including the September 2018-debuted "Throw It," featuring production from TM88. When sharing that track with the world, Ear Drummer Records head Mike Will said the song was indicative of the "classic" mood of the entire 13-song project that sees the Atlanta artist putting his "whole heart and soul" out there for listeners.

'I feel like this project is really solid from top to bottom and it's another body of work that I feel strongly about executive producing," he said back in September. "This is another Ear Drummer classic."

The album also includes the severely underrated 2018 Creed II-promoting track "Kill 'Em with Success" featuring 2 Chainz and Schoolboy Q.
