First-week sales for Lil Nas X's debut project are looking strong.

According to Hits Daily Double, the artist's 7 EP is expected to enter the Billboard 200 chart at No. 1. The outlet reports Lil Nas X and Billie Eilish (WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?) are neck-in-neck for the top spot, with 7 projected to move 70,000 units within its first week; 4,000-7,000 of which will come from pure album sales.

Lil Nas X's new project includes his breakout hit "Old Town Road" as well as its official remix featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. Cardi B, Travis Barker, Dot da Genius, and the production duo Take a Daytrip also contributed to the effort.

"Out of all the artists that we've ever worked with in our entire career, I've got to put Nas X as one of the best that we've worked with, in terms of his understanding," David Biral of Take a Daytrip told Complex. "Even though he might not have known all the terminology and the words of this and that, his understanding in how to craft a record through his intuition is some of the best that we've come across in any artist that we've worked with. Especially for a new artist, with that being his first studio session ever, it was a breeze. It wasn't hard for us."

Gucci Mane's star-studded Delusions of Grandeur is projected to move 27,000-30,000 total units in its first week. Look for Billboard's final tally next week.
