Kim Kardashian has shared the first photo of her fourth child with Kanye West, a baby boy they’ve named Psalm.
Psalm was born via surrogate on May 10, the youngest of four siblings North (age 5), Saint (age 3), and Chicago (age 1). In April, Kim and her family commemorated the upcoming birth with a CBD-themed baby shower.
Kim and Kanye announced in January that they were expecting their fourth child. Psalm was their second to be born with a surrogate since Kim’s first two pregnancies had been high-risk with alarming complications.
On May 10, Kim tweeted that Psalm was “perfect,” adding that “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”
Ye, however, has gotten himself into some hot water. He and Pusha-T could be headed to court for using an unauthorized sample on the standout DAYTONA track “Come Back Baby.”
FAME Enterprises Inc. filed a lawsuit in Alabama, claiming the song features a portion of George Jackson's 1972 record "I Can't Do Without You," which FAME produced and owns. The complaint states the track “includes the following repeated, unauthorized, unlicensed samples from ‘I Can’t Do Without You.’”
According to FAME, over 35 percent of “Come Back Baby” is comprised of samples from “I Can't Do Without You.”
