Rising Hackney singer/songwriter Hamzaa has penned a touching ode to her home with piano-ballad "London".
Backed with a soaring, soulful vocal, Hamzaa's tones drip with a vibrancy laced by the inspiration her words, so real they almost jump out at you. The accompanying video comes dotted with a few faces, among them gal-dem founder Liv Little, photographer Vicky Grout and fellow rising star Rachel Chinouriri.
It's the diversity and uniqueness of its people, along with the weird and wonderful surroundings, that take centre stage here, all in all helping to form one of the world's great cities, and in due time one of our brightest stars.
