To give you the extra boost you need, Solardo's Sola Records are just about to drop two steaming hot bangers on us in the form of Boeke's new two-track EP, She Came Hot.
The title track kicks things off in a big way, charging straight out of the speaker with a densely-packed production, a galloping rhythm section and a somewhat robotic vocal sample that slices through the track with unexpected results. On the flip side, "Bounce" keeps the energy high but gives the individual elements a little more space to breathe for a somewhat hypnotic effect.
