Grande and Piers took to Twitter to announce the end of their feud, which unfortunately included a photo of Piers Morgan in a duck face pose.

Following a heated back-and-forth on Twitter last year, it appears as though Ariana Grande and Piers Morgan got drunk and resolved their differences

In terms of their history, it all started when Piers Morgan decided to share an opinion no one asked to hear. Following the release of promo images for Little Mix's "Strip" video, Piers took to Twitter, in classic misogynist fashion, to criticize group member Jesy Nelson and assert that she should "put some clothes on" in a now-deleted tweet.

Hey @LittleMix - when are you going to admit you stole this idea from @dixiechicks? pic.twitter.com/dLRX2TMv2k

His commentary drew a reaction from Joan Grande, Ariana's mother, who questioned the host's values and upbringing in light of his hateful response. "Honestly what is wrong with you @piersmorgan," Grande asked. "Didn’t your mother ever teach you, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it!"

Honestly what is wrong with you @piersmorgan ? Didn’t your mother ever teach you, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it! You came for @TheEllenShow yesterday which was disgraceful, she is an angel. @LittleMix today, did you ever hear of paying homage? And..well never mind https://t.co/5WBOlL8t6O

Morgan then expanded on his Little Mix insult by replying to Grande and shamefully writing, "would prefer [Little Mix] to use their talent to sell records rather than their nudity." This blatantly offensive stance prompted Ariana to join the public discussion, during which she explained to the host that "women can be sexual AND talented" and that they're the ones who get to choose, not him.

So... we bumped into each other in a LA restaurant, she joined me for ‘a chat’ & 2 hours later we were still chatting. We laughed, we argued, she cried, I nearly did, the drinks flowed & we bonded. Turns out we really like each other. Weird. Thank u ⁦@ArianaGrande⁩ - next? pic.twitter.com/pNJ7pDi0at

However on Wednesday, months after Grande's feminist slay, Piers posted a lengthy recap on Twitter in which he announced that he and Grande exchanged some niceities over drinks. "We laughed, we argued, she cried, I nearly did, the drinks flowed & we bonded," Morgan wrote.

Ariana then cosigned their resolve, writing "thank u for some laughs and some v productive conversation." The singer then cushioned the tweet by adding "#FutureFeministPiers #FingersCrossed."

In a now deleted tweet, Grande echoed Piers' summary of their encounter, explaining that face-to-face conversations are often more effective than those that solely take place online. Despite the super rational recount, her fans we quick to ask why their source of entertainment had suddenly ended.
