Enlisting Sydney’s Kobie Dee and Auckland’s Gino October, Badboyswiss’ rework of his single “DWN” takes the pop-leaning banger into barrages of wordplay, with each rapper coming with their own series of triplet flows and unique cadences; oozing nothing but confidence in the process. The beat, courtesy of producer Kidelgalad, is dark and menacing, filled with atmospheric synths and bellowing 808s. It’s anthemic, ambitious and showcases three young voices tackling the elements of hip-hop in their own, unique ways.
