LA-born, but now residing in Norway, rising R&B singer Flores takes her inspiration from a long line of greats, including Lauryn Hill, Björk and Janet Jackson. For the past few years she's been working with production auteur Maths Time Joy, a partnership which gave us her first three singles "Afterglow", "Oceans" and "Undercover". Now she's back with new single, "Wings", and the promise of her debut EP dropping later in the year. As ever, MTJ provides a luscious, lavish production rich in texture and melody, over which Flores' Gospel-tinged melodies swoop and soar with ease.
