Drake's "In My Feelings" Finally Remixed by City Girls

The No. 1 song in the country, which already featured Miami's breakout duo City Girls, has now been given a full-on City Girls remix. Maybe JT and Yung Miami will remix the rest of 'Scorpion' next?

It was only a matter of time before City Girls put their own spin on Drake's Scorpion hit "In My Feelings." The original, which already features the Miami duo, is currently hanging out in the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100, a spot that I hope will eventually be occupied by sit-alone-and-bawl banger "Summer Games."

In the meantime, "In My Feelings" has indeed finally received the City Girls remix treatment. Stream the rework above via YouTube and/or below via SoundCloud.

As previously reported, City Girls' JT recently turned herself in on felony identity theft-related charges with a projected release date of Mar. 21, 2020. In an interview with Complex last month, Yung Miami—the other half of the Quality Control-backed duo—said they were both keeping their eyes toward the future.

"We was preparing for this time, we knew this time was coming," Miami said. "Leading up until this point, it was like a roller coaster, we had times where we would be sad, we had times when we would be happy, but I just feel like it’s a minor setback for a major comeback, 'cause when artists go to the jail they come out bigger, like Kodak."

"In My Feelings" is currently joined in the Hot 100 by fellow Scorpion hits "Nice for What," "God's Plan," "Nonstop," "I'm Upset," "Mob Ties," and "Don't Matter to Me." All of these songs—and, presumably, the aforementioned mood explorer vibes of "Summer Games"—will be given the arena treatment at an upcoming Aubrey and the Three Amigos tour stop near you.
