XXXTentacion Reportedly Left Everything to His Mother and 2 Brothers

XXXTentacion, who was shot and killed in Florida earlier this month, reportedly put together a will last November. His mother has now filed docs naming herself and his two brothers as beneficiaries.

XXXTentacion, who was fatally shot outside a motorcycle shop in Florida earlier this month, reportedly left everything to his mother and two brothers.

A TMZarticle published early Friday morning says XXXTentacion's will was signed in November 2017 and lists his mother, Cleopatra Bernard, as trustee. She and X's two brothers are listed as beneficiaries, meaning all of his property goes to them. The report also notes that the will makes no mention of the alleged child X had on the way at the time of his death. Given the estimated timeline hinted at in Bernard's recent Instagram post, however, the exclusion seems to add up.

The Blast's previous report on the will claimed Bernard had filed a probate case for the estate earlier this week, including an 11-page will. The filing reportedly included her request to be named estate administrator.

X, 20, was killed June 18 in Deerfield Beach after leaving a motorcycle shop. So far, one suspect has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Authorities have also named another person of interest they saw can be seen on surveillance tapes at the same motorcycle shop shortly before X's arrival.

X's death is referenced by JAY-Z on Drake's Scorpion collab "Talk Up." In the third verse, JAY notes X was killed while someone like George Zimmerman is still alive:

I got your president tweeting/I won't even met with him/Y'all killed X and let Zimmerman live/Streets is done

At the time of his murder, X had been awaiting trial on multiple charges including aggravated battery of a pregnant woman and witness tampering.
