Rae Sremmurd are having the time of their lives right now, turning up at any opportunity they get. In fact, during their appearance on The Breakfast Club, they sparked up only to have people telling them to put it out due to fire safety reasons. "It's healthy," Slim Jxmmi quipped in response.
During their chat on the Breakfast Club, the pair discusses everything from their craziest parties, why they don't mess with edibles, and why they decided to make a triple album with SR3MM instead of releasing solo albums at separate times. When asked by Charlamagne about how people have been speculating for a long time about solo albums being the end of the group, Swae Lee responded, "Yeah that's why we did it, too, cause everybody be comparing us. So we like, boom, let me let y'all compare us on this album."
"I just had my first kid," Jxmmi revealed during the interview. When it came to more specifics on the baby and who the mother is, Jxmmi played coy and kept responding, "Sremmlife." He did say he liked having a son, though, explaining, "I like the responsibility. [...] My mama like it, she like having a grandson."
"Oh, you about to have one too, Swae?" asked Charlamagne, to which Swae responded, "Oh no, oh no. I ain't ready to drop the seed, I got two monkeys I been taking care of. They my babies right there." His monkeys, which he's been posting about on Instagram often, had him joking, "On god they look just like they daddy." Charlamagne, laughing, added, "Don't say that now!"
