6ix9ine has had a lot of run-ins with the law recently. Now, there’s a warrant out for his arrest in Houston, Texas because the Brooklyn native allegedly choked a 16-year-old at the Galleria Mall on Jan. 6, per TMZ.

Legal documents acquired by TMZ show that the purported victim, Santiago Albarran asserts that he saw 6ix9ine at the mall and began recording him on his phone. Albarran then claims that the rapper started yelling at him to delete the video, and then grabbed Albarran’s necks while 69’s bodyguards encircled him.

Albarran said that he erased the video so 6ix9ine wouldn’t hurt him again, but someone else captured the scuffle and posted it on social media. In the video, you can see 69 grab Albarran’s jacket, though it’s difficult to see if Albarran was grabbed by the neck too.

Albarran reported the incident to the police, where he says his family was also present. According to TMZ, the cops recorded the visibility of scratch marks on Albarran’s neck.

6ix9ine’s crew was involved in a few shootings last month—one of which was inside the Barclays Center during the Adrien Broner fight. 6ix9ine and his crew also got into a fist fight with a pair of men outside of LAX back in February.
