Glassio

New York City-based, indie-pop duo Glassio combine vocal harmonies and electronic arrangements with influences from pop, house, R&B and new wave. Made up of internationally-raised songwriters Sam R. (Dubai/London) and Charles Pinel (Paris), the duo began writing together after a late-night homework project for an NYU music production class.

Their latest single, "Daydream" (out today), features up-and-coming pop-R&B singer-songwriter NAKAYA and a production bed filled with electronic undertones. Speaking to Complex about the track, the duo explained: "We were imagining Dre and AIR making a record together. 'Daydream' is a personal ode to the times we're living in—or, for some—the times we're fast asleep." Press play exclusively below.
