Today, 19 year-old singer-songwriter-producer Novaa releases her new single "Rose", taken from the upcoming nine-track Stolen Peaches EP, a release that builds on the "organic electronic" foundations first laid down by debut Hari and then reinforced by collaborative EP Down Under with Moglii. Harp-like synthesizers pop like droplets of water, rippling gently outwards while Novaa's glassy vocals shimmer and flat gingerly across the stepping stone beats. Citing influences like Björk and Grimes, Novaa's sound is fully-formed, crystalised by taking it upon herself to handle every facet of the track, from songwriting right through to production.
