Rae Sremmurd premiered the new video for their popular single "Look Alive" today. The video finds the young rappers in the middle of a rave-like party, as they move through the smoke and masses of people to complete the ultimate turn up, which everyone knows they're already all about.

"Look Alive" will live on Rae Sremmurd's upcoming sophomore album SremmLife 2. The project is set to release sometime this summer, and will feature appearances from Kodak Black, Juicy J, and Lil Jon, as well as SremmLife Crew affiliates Bobo Swae, Impxct, and Riff 3x.

Rae Sremmurd recently fired back at Ebro Darden's claims that they don't write their own raps, with Swae Lee saying, "It’s such a false statement. Where’d it come from? You pulled it out your ass. If you want to know who wrote my shit, go to my album credits." Ebro had previously accused the pair of having Mike WiLL-Made It write their rhymes during an argument with Complex over naming SremmLife the third best album of 2015. "He made that album," Ebro said. "They're Kriss Kross. It was a fabricated thing that we all liked."

Clearly the Mississippi rappers aren't letting the criticisms get to them. You can check out the "Look Alive" video above and preorder SremmLife 2 on iTunes here.

UPDATE 6/16/16: It looks like Rae Sremmurd fans will have to wait a little bit longer for the duo's new album. Although it was originally scheduled to be released next week, June 24, it will now be released on August 12. Although fans are sure to be disappointed, Rae Sremmurd tweeted out a nice promise to them for their patience.

Let's just say it's worth the wait
