Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez's longtime feud is nothing new, but last night, Mariah, finally, clarified her infamous "I don't know her" quote during an episode of Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. Host Andy Cohen got right to it, and asked, "Do you know each other?" When Mariah replied with a direct "no," Cohen rebutted, "Ok, she says you know her!" Mariah then backed down and admitted that she actually does know Lopez. "Ok, you know what, I'm very forgetful. Apparently, I'm forgetful because I don't remember the fact that it was just like a 'Hi, I'm so and so,'" she explained in reference to their meeting.

Mariah further clarified her comments and said it takes more than just a first-time greeting for her to say that she knows someone. "If I had never had a conversation with you, and someone asked me about you, I'd be like, 'I don't know him, but he seems cool.' Or, 'I don't know him." When Cohen asked if Lopez seems cool, Mariah simply responds with silence before an additional, "I don't know her! What am I supposed to say? Like I'm not going to put on a thing like we're all Hollywood, let's just all pretend we're all best friends."

The conversation soon shifted to Mariah's feud with fellow American Idol judge, Nicki Minaj. Cohen asked Mariah if she can say three nice things about Nicki Minaj. "Can you?" she replied, before admitting that she doesn't want to say anything about her at all. "You know, I always thought it was more important with that situation to not plead the fifth, but to just stay above the fray. Because you don't want to be déclassé. You just want to move it along."

The shade didn't end there, as Mariah revealed how she really felt about not being included in the American Idol series finale montage. "I was heartbroken that I couldn't be there. I was at home crying. Andy, what am I supposed to do when these things happen?," she said in the most sarcastic way possible.

Mariah also opened up about the Beyoncé collaboration rumors and if it could actually happen. "I love Beyoncé. She knows this. Most people know that. I'm a fan, I love her. Are we collaborating? I don't know! We've never talked about it." Thankfully, she did leave us with some hope admitting that she would actually love to work with Queen Bey on something.
