"So Into You", the 1998 single from Canadian singer Tamia, has been given a modern reworking by the hands of producers The Incredibles and London-born songstress, Allana Verde. The former Performing Arts student found her love for singing via dancing and it would seem the music of these formative years remain a stronghold within her sound. Allana's "neo-nostalgia" EP—slated for release in the coming weeks—is said to feature covers of her favourite R&B/pop songs from the '80s and '90s from artists such as Cyndi Lauper and Janet Jackson. Signing a publishing deal late last year, and following it up with the impressive "Shades", if 2015 was the year she showcased her potential, we're set for a full-scale demonstration over the next 12 months. For now, though, check out "So Into You" below.
