Vince Staples is only 22 years old and just dropped his highly-touted debut album, Summertime '06, but it sounds like he doesn't want to do this forever. In fact, in a new interview with California Sunday Magazine, Staples revealed he wants to retire from music by 2018, which would honestly suck for fans. "You’re out of your goddamn mind if you think I’m going to be doing this music shit for more than two more years," Staples said.

Of course, Staples could always change his mind between now and then, but the thought of such a talented rapper hanging it up at this point of his career is tough to process. While Staples said that he still cares about rap, it's more of the rap culture that really puts him off. "Health-wise it’s not good for me, and I have other things I’d rather do. But it’s not about you at this point; you’re doing it for the fans; you’re performing the songs," he said. You can read the full profile here
